YKIprep.fi provides an AI-powered Finnish language learning platform designed to help users prepare for the YKI (Yleinen kielitutkinto) examination. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• AI-powered conversation practice in Finnish
• Grammar lessons and vocabulary exercises
• Mock YKI examination simulations
• Progress tracking and personalized learning paths
• Educational blog content and study materials

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

YKIprep.fi offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices may change with notice provided before the next billing cycle
• Refunds are handled according to applicable app store policies (Apple App Store, Google Play)

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the Services
• Upload harmful content or engage in abusive behavior
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and AI models — are owned by YKIprep.fi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI tutor generates content dynamically. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. YKIprep.fi does not guarantee that AI-generated language instruction is free from mistakes.

Our Services are meant to supplement — not replace — formal language education and official YKI preparation courses.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Using our Services will guarantee passing the YKI exam

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, YKIprep.fi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
